Job summary

Proman is seeking a Field Sales Executive for scaffolding, construction safety and access solutions focused on Bristol HQ and the South West. You will develop new business while managing key accounts across a multi-location patch, with a strong emphasis on safety compliance and contractor relationships.

The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £45,000 (DoE) plus commission and a company car, with private medical cover and a pension.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales or account management in construction/scaffolding/hire environments
• Ability to develop new business while maintaining existing accounts
• Willingness to travel across Berkshire and surrounding counties
• Excellent communication across phone, email and face-to-face meetings
• Commercially astute with a results-driven mindset
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow existing portfolio of contractor and industrial clients across the patch
• Identify and win new business opportunities within construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors
• Plan and prioritise territory coverage
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations
• Work closely with operational and depot teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
• Represent the business professionally at client meetings, site visits and industry events
