This face-to-face position focuses on engaging customers, introducing cost-saving products, and meeting weekly targets while developing long-term career potential. Training starts from day one, with clear progression paths into leadership roles within 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort with meeting targets and working in a field-based role.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
