Job summary

Acosta Europe is hiring a Field Sales Executive to cover Leicester & Peterborough, promoting Pladis brands across major grocers. You will visit stores, build retailer partnerships and drive growth through in-store activations, promotions and optimal product placement.

You will work with store teams to maximise availability, display space and sales opportunities, reporting insights and supporting launches while maintaining a strong, positive customer focus throughout your territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Confident using technology and mobile reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores daily in line with your journey plan.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues.
• Secure additional display locations and secondary sitings.
• Ensure Pladis products are available, visible and shoppable.
• Support new product launches, seasonal events and promotional activity.
• Merchandise products to maximise visibility and sales performance.
• Use sales data and insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Report activity accurately using mobile technology and sales systems.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
