Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Customer Development Executive in the Dagenham area to grow market share across beers, ciders and soft drinks. You will work in partnership with a Regional Sales Manager to expand presence in Symbol and Independent retailers and deliver a territory business plan that maximises opportunities.

You will build strong relationships with customers, use data-driven insights to drive retailer success, and bring an energetic, proactive approach to your store visits.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience with retail accounts preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and understand retailer needs.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for target-driven roles.

Responsibilities

• Make face-to-face contact with Symbol and Independent retailers to grow sales.
• Develop and implement territory business plans to maximise opportunities.
• Use data to drive retailer success and share best practices with the team.
• Build relationships and present Carlsberg Britvic brands to customers.
• Maintain high energy and pace to achieve targets.
