Johnsons Workwear is seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant to join our field-based sales team in the UK. You will identify new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and drive growth for a leading textile service provider.

Supported by an industry-leading CRM and a dedicated appointment generation team, you’ll focus on presenting tailored solutions, negotiating commercial agreements, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

Formación

• Proven track record in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Excellent ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly sales targets within pricing and discount guidelines.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through the sales process.
• Complete sales documentation accurately and submit per CRM requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CMS/CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers smoothly.
• Develop deep product knowledge to support customers and opportunities.
