No prior sales experience is required; you will receive comprehensive training, coaching and ongoing development. There are clear opportunities to progress into leadership roles, with travel across the UK and Europe as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience is not essential. Candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, telesales and other customer-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Customer acquisition: Engage with prospective customers, introduce relevant products or services and generate new business.
• Face-to-face sales: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs and communicate product or service benefits confidently.
• Sales presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and explain offers clearly and professionally.
• Relationship building: Create positive customer experiences and develop strong professional relationships.
• Sales targets: Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to the wider success of the business.
• Brand representation: Represent the company and its clients in a professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused manner.
• Team collaboration: Work alongside colleagues to share best practices, achieve objectives and support team performance.
• Training and development: Attend structured training sessions, coaching meetings and development workshops to continually improve your sales skills.
