Elite Mobile Ltd seek a driven Business Development Manager to join our field sales team in Edinburgh. You will engage daily in retailer-facing activity, cold-call prospects and close new business for our e-cigarette and confectionery lines.

The role offers a basic salary plus uncapped commission with OTE up to £30,000, a company van, iPad, SIMs, pension, generous leave, and regular training as part of our high-growth business.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally field-based.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with proactive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in daily field-based sales activity.
• Cold-calling retailers to acquire new business opportunities.
• Closing sales and handing over new accounts to the field team.
• Staying up to date with product offerings and industry trends.
