Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Field Sales Representative in North Yorkshire to promote broadband, mobile and TV services door-to-door. This face-to-face, target-driven role rewards resilience, confidence and motivation with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission, with top earners reaching £50k–£70k.

You'll work 37.5 hours per week, typically afternoons and evenings, with a two-week induction and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in door-to-door or field sales is a plus.
• Ability to explain pricing and benefits clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in your patch, speaking with customers door to door.
• Build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Explain pricing, deals and benefits clearly.
• Manage workload from first contact to close; own targets and earnings.
