Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Field Sales Advisor to represent the brand in local communities, selling broadband, mobile and TV services door-to-door. This full-time, target-driven role rewards resilience, confidence and motivation, with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission and top earners reaching £50k–£70k.

You will work 37.5 hours per week in your patch, build rapport, understand customer needs, explain pricing clearly, manage from first contact to close and own your results.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Confidence starting conversations and working face to face with customers.
• Resilience and motivation to meet targets.
• Flexible to work afternoon and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers door to door.
• Build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits.
• Manage workload from first conversation through to close.
• Take ownership of your results, targets and earning potential.
