Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Field Sales Advisor to represent our broadband, mobile and TV services in local communities. This face-to-face, full-time role is patch-based and typically 12pm–8pm, requiring you to live within your catchment area.

You’ll build rapport, understand customer needs, explain pricing and close deals, with a two-week induction and ongoing coaching. Successful candidates are confident, resilient and motivated by targets, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence.
• Confident starting conversations with customers face-to-face.

• Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers door to door in your patch.
• Build rapport with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Virgin Media O2 packages.
• Explain pricing, deals and benefits clearly.
• Manage workload from first conversation to close.
• Take ownership of your results and earnings potential.
