Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Field Sales Advisor in Belfast to represent our broadband, mobile and TV services in local communities. This full-time, field-based role involves speaking to customers door to door, building rapport, and guiding them to the right packages while explaining pricing and benefits.

You’ll work 37.5 hours weekly, with shifts typically 12pm–8pm, and earn a base salary plus uncapped commission. Starting salary is £26,228 with top earners reaching £50k–£70k.
