This role involves engaging with customers both in person and via other communication channels. Travel is part of the role, so a driving license is preferred. You may approach people in public spaces or at pre-planned venues and events as part of our wider strategy. You'll build meaningful relationships with both existing and potential customers, fostering a connection with the local community. Your goal will be to understand customer needs and discuss how EE products can improve their digital lives, demonstrating how we can help connect for good while providing a personal service.
