As a Resource Manager, you will ensure our field teams are prepared to deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities include assigning employees to jobs based on skills, abilities, and performance, serving as the primary contact for training, mobilization, pay, and assignments, and overseeing employee development and client facilitation where applicable.

Location: Rugby

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop structured plans for technician development during recruitment.
  2. Recruit top technical resources to foster a squad-centric mentality.
  3. Assign employees to jobs considering their skills, abilities, and availability to optimize squad effectiveness.
  4. Manage all aspects of employee management, including contracts, evaluations, training, and support, acting as the primary contact for related concerns.
  5. Assess employee readiness using factors like workload, bench status, and regulations.
  6. Evaluate demand versus capacity, ensuring resource availability to meet business needs.
  7. Collaborate with administrative and immigration teams to facilitate travel and compliance.
  8. Maintain up-to-date fitness reviews for employees.
  9. Coordinate with the events team to assemble balanced squads for upcoming projects, utilizing data insights.
  10. Use customer feedback and outage data to improve satisfaction, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
  11. Engage actively in LEAN processes.
  12. Participate in talent retention and development reviews.
  13. Coordinate training with internal and external providers.
  14. Work with EHS to ensure employees complete required safety training.
  15. Conduct regular team briefings emphasizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost principles.
  16. Ensure employee training records and certificates are current and uploaded.
  17. Review employee expense claims and timesheets, ensuring compliance and cost control.
  18. Perform site visits and safety inspections.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Experience and Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  2. Extensive team management and development experience.
  3. Knowledge of power generation, technical industries, or similar fields.
  4. Strong knowledge of turbines and generators.
  5. Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency in English.
  7. Willingness to travel to power plant projects.

  2. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  3. Problem-solving capabilities.
  4. Strong commitment to Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
