Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Housing Surveyor for Milton Keynes. The role is Hybrid with weekly office presence in Milton Keynes and daily travel to properties in various locations.

You will survey homes, identify defects and recommend solutions through to completion, coordinating with the Customer Service Team and management colleagues. Essential requirements include DBS clearance, a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and the right to work in the UK.

• Survey customers' homes and identify property defects.
• Produce clear written reports to support decisions and outcomes.
• Review and respond to customer complaints and ensure promises are delivered.

Responsibilities

• Survey customers' homes, identify defects and recommend solutions through to completion.
• Review and respond to customer complaints, ensure commitments are followed and issues resolved promptly.
• Produce clear written reports following inspections to support decisions and repair outcomes.
• Monitor repair performance against KPIs, including first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect completed works to ensure quality, health & safety, building standards and policies.
• Manage a portfolio of homes, liaising with customers and internal teams, with travel to various locations.
