Job summary

Stannah Group in Ringwood is seeking a Field Repair Manager to lead our Ringwood Service Branch, guiding Lift Engineers and subcontractors to deliver against our repairs plan and safety standards.

You will manage workloads, assess performance, and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures. A full UK driving licence is essential, and a competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills.
• Management qualifications desirable.
• NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering required or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety procedures and conduct risk assessments/method statements.

Field Repair Manager Jobs in Ringwood at Stannah - Join Our Team!

We’re now looking for a Field Repair Manager to join our Ringwood Service branch management team—someone ready to drive operational performance, inspire a skilled workforce, and help us exceed our business goals.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented Lift Engineers and subcontractors, guiding them to deliver against our Major Repairs Plan objectives. Your remit will span across all makes and models of Lifts.

This is your opportunity to shape, motivate, and develop your team—ensuring they deliver exceptional service that reflects our values and meets the highest Health & Safety standards.

You’ll be based at our Ringwood Service Branch, with regular travel across the Service Branch region. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 0800-1645 and Friday 0800-1545

Qualifications

Field Repair Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience working within the lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential
• Relevant management qualifications would be desirable
• Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering
