Job summary

Aira is hiring for Renewable Energy Sales in Newbury, UK. In this field-based role you will visit customers at home and close sales for air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation and other green tech, helping households cut bills and emissions.

You will generate leads via cold calls and referrals, manage your pipeline in HubSpot, and hit KPIs with the support of our Aira Academy training. A UK driving license is required; uncapped commission boosts earnings.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License - This is a field based role.
• Experience within in a field based sales role.
• Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems.
• An excitement for sales and working towards targets.
• Problem solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections.
• A Passion for active and forward thinking working environments.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech.
• Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech.
• Including pre booked sales visits, you will need to generate your own leads via cold calling and referrals to accomplish sales in line with our KPIs.
• Manage and maintain your sales pipeline via our CRM system HubSpot.
• Provide an excellent customer service while in our customers homes using our Aira Sales Method.
• Collaborate with our design team and planning team to ensure all expectations are met for our customers.
