Aira is expanding its Renewable Energy Sales team in the UK. As a field-based role, you will visit customers in their homes and close sales for air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation and other green tech.

You’ll generate leads, manage your pipeline in HubSpot, and deliver excellent customer service using the Aira Sales Method. The package includes a base salary of £27,340 with uncapped commission, 25 days leave, and health and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License. This is a field-based role.
• Experience within a field-based sales role.
• Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems.
• An excitement for sales and working towards targets.
• Problem solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections.
• A passion for active and forward thinking working environments.

Responsabilités

• Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech.
• Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech.
• Generating leads via cold calling and referrals to achieve sales KPIs.
• Manage and maintain your sales pipeline via HubSpot.
• Provide excellent customer service using the Aira Sales Method.
• Collaborate with design and planning teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
