Job summary

Aira in the United Kingdom is looking for a motivated field sales representative to drive home energy upgrades. You will visit customers to present air source heat pumps, solar panels and insulation, and close sales while guiding customers through the benefits of switching to cleaner energy.

We offer a base salary of £27,340 with uncapped commission, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a Health Cash Plan, pension and perks.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License required; field-based role.
• Experience in field-based sales.
• Comfort with sales software and CRM.
• Passion for sales and meeting targets.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling.
• Interest in renewables or energy sales optional.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at home and close sales on heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech.
• Educate customers on benefits of heat pumps and clean energy tech.
• Generate leads via cold calling and referrals to meet KPIs.
• Manage sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service using the Aira Sales Method.
• Collaborate with design and planning teams to meet customer expectations.
