Job summary

Next Generation in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver high-quality service across commercial and industrial sites. You will diagnose faults, repair and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems, while providing excellent on-site customer service.

The role offers a fully equipped company van, 40-hour week with overtime, paid travel time and standby allowances, and ongoing training with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mobile Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Service Engineer
• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant discipline is desirable

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on air conditioning, refrigeration and chiller systems
• Service and maintain equipment across commercial and industrial environments
• Work with a range of systems including refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers and hydrocarbon/CO2 systems
• Complete service reports and documentation via tablet
• Provide a high level of customer service on-site
