haart is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to cover Earley, Slough, Maidenhead, Bracknell and Hayes. You will conduct external inspections, inventories, and tenancy appointments, working independently with support from an experienced team.

The role emphasizes protecting landlord assets, ensuring compliance, and enabling efficient tenancy lifecycle management. A Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to travel across multiple locations are essential.

Competenze

• Valid Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in property, lettings or inspections
• Strong organisational skills
• Comfortable working independently

Mansioni

• Conduct property visits, inventories, check-ins and check-outs across specified locations
• Upload reports and photographic evidence using company systems
• Provide professional, courteous customer service to landlords and tenants
• Identify and report maintenance, health & safety and compliance risks
• Liaise with Property Managers and Contractors to progress repairs and compliance
