Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to conduct field inspections, inventories and tenancy appointments across Northampton and Coventry. You’ll work independently with support from an experienced team to protect landlords’ assets and ensure compliant, well-managed homes.

You’ll document conditions, report risks promptly, and contribute to revenue through chargeable external services while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in property, lettings or inspections.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• ARLA Propertymark qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property visits in line with policy and compliance.
• Complete detailed visit reports using company systems.
• Identify maintenance issues, compliance risks and health and safety concerns.
• Upload reports promptly to enable tenancy commencement and reporting.
• Provide courteous service to landlords and tenants and represent the brand.
