Job summary

Spicerhaart is seeking an Externals Associate to deliver external property management services across the tenancy lifecycle, including visits, inventories, check-ins and check-outs. You will be the eyes and ears of the Property Management function in the field, ensuring accurate reporting, professional representation, and timely escalation of risks or maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct professional property visits in line with policy and compliance requirements
• Experience in producing detailed visit reports and uploading to company systems
• Knowledge of deposit protection requirements and tenancy lifecycle processes
• Ability to identify and escalate maintenance issues, compliance risks and tenancy breaches

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property visits and compile accurate reports
• Complete inventories and check-in appointments with tenants
• Perform check-out inspections and support deposit negotiations with evidence
• Upload reports promptly to enable tenancy commencement and ongoing management
• Provide professional customer service to tenants and landlords and represent the brand effectively
