Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Property Assessor to join our Asset Compliance team in Osterna. This field-based role delivers safety, compliance and property inspections across our London portfolio, requiring independent working and reporting accuracy.

You will carry out fire asset checks, EPC assessments and on-site inspections, travel across sites, and maintain high-quality records while representing Osterna and RMG professionally to residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Ability to produce high-quality assessment reports.
• Proficient with IT systems, including MS Office and web-based platforms.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, professional manner.
• Ability to undertake regular site visits.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fire asset checks and report risks.
• Undertake on-site property inspections including fire safety checks.
• Complete full domestic EPC assessments with data capture and lodgement.
• Travel across locations to cover portfolio as needed.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and submit findings on time.
• Represent Osterna and RMG professionally to residents and clients.
