Job summary

Spicerhaart is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to conduct in-field inspections across Slough, Maidenhead, Bracknell and Hayes, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-managed homes. You will work autonomously with an experienced team to protect landlord assets and support tenancy lifecycle management.

Role requires organisation, attention to detail and delivery of accurate reports, with ongoing training and career progression opportunities within the Spicerhaart group.

Qualifications

• A valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car.
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections or transferable field-based experience.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Property Visits: conduct routine visits and report findings with photos and notes.
• Inventories and Check-Ins: prepare inventories and conduct tenancy check-ins.
• Check-Outs and Deposit Support: perform check-outs and support deposit discussions.
• Reporting and Issue Escalation: document issues and escalate high-risk items promptly.
• Customer Service: provide professional, courteous service to landlords and tenants.
• Performance and KPIs: support chargeable services and meet appointment targets.
