Yorkshire Water is seeking a Process Operator to join our on-site process team, maintaining sites around Bradford and Keighley. The role is permanent and involves 37 hours per week with a rotating shift including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

We provide training, a company van and tools, and a supportive environment. The ideal candidate is practical, enjoys outdoor work, and values safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on mindset for outdoor work.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good time management to plan daily tasks.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsabilités

• Responding to RTS alarms and pollution incidents.
• Gathering evidence at suspected pollution incidents.
• Lifting, checking, and unblocking pumps.
• Taking samples and interpreting results to troubleshoot issues.
• Raising follow-on work for internal support services.
