Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking a Posting & Cleaning Operative to manage a weekly posting and cleaning round across Southeast London, including Croydon and Lewisham. The role is fully outdoors and physically demanding, with a provided company van and training.

You will work autonomously, with flexible hours and opportunities for quarterly and yearly bonuses, 25 days annual leave, pension, and other employee benefits. No commuter costs are involved; the role includes full equipment and support.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
• Experience working outdoors in all weather is useful but not essential.
• Experience driving medium sized vans is preferred.
• Willingness for remote/lone working and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Post advertisements and ensure high-quality posting standards.
• Clean and maintain bus shelters as required in designated rounds.
• Manage a weekly posting and cleaning round in Southeast London (Croydon, Lewisham and surroundings).
• Use provided company vehicle for business and commuting between sites.
