Job summary

HomeServe Plc is seeking a Plumbing Engineer for nationwide field-based work. You’ll diagnose and fix plumbing issues, complete 1st and 2nd fix work in domestic properties, and manage jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers £36,720–£44,120 depending on experience, plus guaranteed bonuses of £1,500 or £3,000 in year one, and a 40-hour week including evenings and bank holidays.

Qualifications

Level 2 plumbing qualification required.
Experience with 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in domestic properties.
Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
Strong customer service skills and on-site problem solving.
Proactive, independent worker with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework.
Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties.
Repair and maintain household plumbing systems.
Manage jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
Represent HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care.
