Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Up to £53,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
Looking for a leadership role where no two days are the same?
We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to lead the operation and performance of a large, geographically dispersed portfolio of wastewater treatment sites across the Winchester area.
This is a key operational leadership role responsible for ensuring our treatment assets are operated safely, efficiently and compliantly, whilst delivering excellent service to our customers and protecting the environment.
You’ll lead a team of operators and assistant managers across a diverse catchment that includes both large strategic treatment works and smaller remote satellite sites. Success in this role is about creating a high-performing, engaged team, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent operational standards across multiple locations.
Working closely with operational colleagues, engineering teams, process specialists and external partners, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining asset performance and driving continuous improvement throughout the area.
We're open to candidates from a variety of industries and backgrounds. Whilst experience within the water sector would be advantageous, it's not essential.
What matters most is your ability to lead operational teams within a process-driven, safety-conscious environment.
