Impact Food Group is seeking a People Business Partner to support the Operations team across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the Northern Home Counties. You will partner with Regional Directors and Operations Managers to deliver strategic people initiatives, manage complex employee relations, and drive engagement across 200+ schools.

The role emphasizes collaboration, change leadership, and building robust talent plans while upholding policy consistency and delivering positive cultural change.

Responsabilités

• Provide a true partnering service to Regional Operations Directors across 200+ schools.
• Support People Director with strategic people initiatives and ensure delivery.
• Manage employee relations issues and empower stakeholders on high-level cases.
• Support initiatives to increase engagement and improve staff retention.
• Advise managers on policy implementation and consistency.
• Act as change agent to drive positive cultures within teams.
