Job summary

National Grid Electricity Distribution in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Team Leader to manage a Craft (operational) team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will lead, motivate and support the team to deliver safe, productive fieldwork in line with policies.

The role requires excellent communication, strong leadership and the ability to drive performance while coordinating programmes of work and developing team members. A UK driving licence is essential.
