The role, based in hybrid Kidlington, involves coordinating with planning teams, contractors and stakeholders while maintaining safety and service standards. You will participate in an out-of-hours standby rota with additional pay, and drive improvements through performance metrics and training.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence.
• Experience leading frontline field team.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Health and safety knowledge.
• Ability to manage time and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Performance managing a field operations team to deliver maintenance and customer service targets.
• Monitor and drive performance against key metrics.
• Direct and develop technicians with measurable goals and development plans.

• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality.
• Ensure safe working practices comply with procedures.
