Job summary

Catch22 is seeking a Property/Field Operations Coordinator in London with a hybrid/field-based role. The position involves managing a small field team, coordinating inspections and contractor visits, and assessing properties across London and surrounding areas to prepare buildings for occupation.

You will work hands-on in the field, identify issues, quality-check work, and collaborate with contractors; prior engineering qualifications are not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, property, or building services is desirable.
• Strong coordination and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small field-based team.
• Coordinate property inspections and contractor visits.
• Visit properties to assess maintenance and operational needs.
• Quality-check inspections and contractor works.
• Improve communication between field-based and office teams.
• Manage keys, equipment and site facilities.
