Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves accurately identifying products on customer premises that are not identifiable remotely, uploading correct references to Rubix databases, and meeting tight deadlines.

The role requires specific MRO, tools, general maintenance items and PPE knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel with overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Identify MRO components, tools, maintenance items and PPE with accuracy.
• Demonstrate attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Represent Rubix with a professional, customer-facing approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Identify at least 75 items daily and upload to Rubix databases with correct references.
• Cost and code products that require identification.
• Support new customer site implementations within agreed scope.
• Assist on additional projects as requested by Head of Mobilisation.
