Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a full-time Field Support Merchandiser to cover Falkirk, Edinburgh and surrounding areas. You will develop and manage store contact relationships with major supermarkets and ensure 100% product availability on shelf.

The role runs 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (Wednesday off) with occasional away-from-home travel. A UK driving license, company van and fuel card are provided to support field work.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or field sales.
• Must have a UK driving license.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets (e.g., Tesco, ASDA, Morrisons).
• Use data and technology to drive opportunities in stores and manage displays.
• Deliver stock to stores according to a journey plan to ensure 100% availability.
• Maintain store records including inventory.
