Job summary

McCormick UK Limited is seeking a Field Support Merchandiser to cover Norfolk, Suffolk and surrounding area. The role is full-time and permanent, with a base salary of £27,840 and a company van plus a fuel card.

It requires 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some overnight stays. You will develop relationships with major supermarkets, ensure in-store availability, manage stock delivery and store records, and support other McCormick brands as needed.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work unsupervised and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Willing to stay away from home; accommodation and meals are covered.
• Positive, can-do attitude; strong relationship skills.
• Experience in merchandising/retail or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA and Morrisons.
• Use technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store.
• Collect and deliver stock to stores each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans.
• Take full responsibility for maintaining store records including inventory.
• Support when required other brands in the McCormick family.
