McCormick & Company in Norwich is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Merchandiser to cover Norwich and surrounding areas. You will develop relationships with major supermarkets, ensure product availability, and manage stock delivery to stores while working a 40-hour week.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, the right to work in the UK, and the ability to work independently. It offers a permanent contract, a company van, a fuel card, and a competitive salary with performance bonus

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential and the candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Positive, proactive approach to managing relationships with stores.
• Enjoy being on the road and working independently.
• Team player with willingness to share ideas and best practices.
• Customer needs should be central to all actions.
• Comfort with using technology.
• Comfort with physical elements of the role.
• Experience in merchandising/retail or hospitality is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets (Tesco, ASDA, Morrisons).
• Use technology to maintain product availability and record in-store execution.
• Deliver stock daily to ensure 100% shelf availability and compliance with store plans.
• Maintain store records including inventory.
• Support other brands in the McCormick family when required.
