Job description

Field Marketing Specialist – Global

As a global Field Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for designing and executing high‑impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate high‑quality leads and sales meetings, and nurture Malt clients in the UK and globally. While your primary focus is the French market, you will play a pivotal role in the global marketing squad, sharing best practices and supporting cross‑regional campaigns to support the global sales strategy.

You will report to the global Head of Field Marketing, inside the Demand & Performance marketing team.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new Enterprise customers and market to existing customers, including integrated campaigns, events, ABM 1:1 programs and digital marketing.
  • Partner with the relevant marketing teams (Demand Gen, Communications, Product Marketing or Brand) to create demand generation campaigns or localize global campaigns covering all our business in the UK.
  • Establish the calendar of events (both digital and physical) and marketing campaigns, taking into account sales objectives and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Organize events (Malt’s own events and sponsorship of external events), leveraging resources as needed.
  • Align with the Enterprise & global sales teams, work closely with sales leadership to align marketing activities to business needs, hold business reviews, and participate in sales meetings.
  • Facilitate access to all marketing resources (events, e‑books, articles, etc.).
  • Facilitate feedback loops with sales.
  • Analyse results, metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities.
  • Participate in transversal projects and/or global activities.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Experience supporting complex buying cycles and interacting effectively with large sales teams.
  • Superior project‑management skills, autonomous, able to work on several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High comfort level with a fast‑changing environment.
  • Full proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish would be a significant plus.
  • Experience and ease with tools such as Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) is appreciated.
Benefits
  • Hybrid remote policy – 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
  • 30 days annual leave per year.
  • 1 month paid sabbatical after 3 years at Malt.
  • Stock options for every employee.
  • Private health insurance through Bupa in the UK.
  • Cycle‑to‑work scheme.
  • Season‑ticket loan.
  • Pension contribution of 5% through Aviva.
  • Dog‑friendly office in London.
  • Free books to support career growth.
