Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to lead localised marketing efforts for our imaging products within specific markets. This role is essential in translating international strategy into regional impact, bringing campaigns to life in-market, driving customer engagement, and supporting commercial success. The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to ensure our offerings resonate with local healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

Responsibilities
  • Local Market Strategy & Execution: Adapt and implement marketing strategies based on local market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback, competitor activities, and local market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns in the field to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with local sales teams to provide tailored tools, messaging, and programs that support effective customer engagement.
  • Voice of the Market: Collect and synthesise insights from customers, sales, and competitors to influence regional messaging and content.
  • Product Launch Support: Coordinate and execute local launch activities in collaboration with the international marketing team.
  • Channel & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and KOLs to enhance marketing reach and impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to local and global regulatory and legal requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Significant years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, with a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging products.
  • Deep understanding of local healthcare systems, customer journeys, and competitive landscapes
  • Strong collaboration skills with proven success working cross-functionally (e.g., sales, medical, regulatory)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both local language(s) and English
  • Solid project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
  • Willingness to travel as required for market visits, customer meetings, and conferences.
