Blackline Safety is a growing global team passionate about creating impactful safety solutions and is now looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager. We seek an experienced and resilient Field Marketer to manage our international territories, including the Middle East, Turkey, India, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and Asia.

As the Field Marketing Manager, International, you will play a vital role in driving regional marketing strategies and execution to support sales growth and brand recognition. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns and events that resonate with diverse international audiences. You will also build relationships with local distribution partners to support their growth and marketing capabilities.

This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in field marketing, preferably within a global B2B environment.

Based in the UK, a key growth area for our business, you will work closely with our UK/Europe and Canadian head-office marketing teams to expand our presence and manage marketing activities across our international regions.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  1. Regional Strategy Development: Define and implement marketing strategies tailored to the needs of international regions, ensuring alignment with global company objectives and managing budgets within each region.
  2. Event Management: Lead planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, and conferences, optimizing performance, lead generation, and ROI. This includes promotion through social media, email, and advertising campaigns, coordinating logistics, training internal attendees, and ensuring effective lead capture and follow-up.
  3. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content strategies, and webinars, aimed at driving demand and brand awareness.
  4. Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver region-specific sales tools, presentations, and collateral to empower the sales team. Manage relationships with regional strategic channel partners.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product marketing, content, brand, and digital marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment with core messaging and regional market needs, including product launches.
  6. Market Insights: Analyze local market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
  7. Performance Analytics: Track and report on campaign and event KPIs, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work across different geographies and levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Independent work ethic with strong prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems and CRM (preferably HubSpot).
  • Resilient, quick-reacting, and creative problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Experience managing media relations and acting as a company spokesperson is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is advantageous.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Previous experience in a field marketing role.
  • Knowledge of gas detection is advantageous.
  • Proven success in planning, prioritizing, and executing marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Experience managing events and lead generation initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives seamlessly.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and leveraging data to optimize marketing strategies.
