Job summary

Bite Talent is seeking a vibrant Marketing Coordinator to help grow a fast-expanding hospitality brand. You’ll be out in the field visiting restaurants, forging partnerships with local businesses, universities, charities and community groups to make every location a neighbourhood favourite.

Expect to plan restaurant launches, collaborate on in-store projects with local artists, and drive community events across Leicester.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a multi-site hospitality or retail business as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or similar.
• Confident building relationships with restaurant teams, local businesses and community groups.
• Able to juggle multiple moving parts with energy and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants and build partnerships with local businesses, universities, charities and community groups.
• Help plan restaurant launches and in-store collaborations with local artists.
• Set up community events and campus visits to bring new guests through the doors.
