Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Field Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead integrated campaign execution across the UK and Ireland. This 12-month temporary contract offers hybrid working with 3 days in Bishopsgate. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with senior sales leadership to drive pipeline, generate engagement, and deliver measurable impact across multiple customer segments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead UKI Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven, go-to-market plans to grow the pipeline through new logo acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell efforts.
  • Drive Results: Manage campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs, focusing on marketing-sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Coordinate digital campaigns, executive programs, strategic events, innovation centre activations, and engagement with top accounts.
  • Align with Sales Leadership: Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support commercial priorities.
  • Global Collaboration: Work with regional and global marketing teams to implement campaigns that are locally relevant.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience in marketing campaign roles within a B2B tech environment.
  • Proven success in creating demand generation strategies that exceed targets.
  • Experience across multiple segments, solutions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Data-driven mindset with innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
