Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Field Manager in London to lead the on-site field engineering team on one or more sites. You will ensure quality and safety while coordinating with project managers to develop and implement execution plans and allocate resources.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will monitor progress, control budgets, and keep the programme on track. Flexible day/night shifts may be required to meet workload and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field teams on large projects.
• Experience in lift or construction industries preferred.
• Strong planning, problem solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, ethics and quality on site.
• Customer service mindset with flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site field engineering team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Project/Construction Managers to develop site execution plans and allocate resources.
• Maintain safety, ethics and financial control as core site absolutes.
• Track progress, manage budget and schedule, and mitigate delays.
