Job summary

Otis in the UK is seeking a Field Manager to lead installation and construction projects across the South West, including Cardiff and Bristol. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, contractors and subcontractors, and report to the local Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with the elevator and building trades.
• NVQ Level 3 Lift Installation and Commissioning or Service and repairs (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-reliant with strong computer and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders including owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and subcontractors.
• Mitigate safety, ethics, and quality risks in collaboration with the project team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability through effective engineering support.
• Train and monitor subcontractors to deliver a consistent service standard.
