Job summary

Otis is seeking a Service Area Manager for the Field Service team in City of London. You will provide day-to-day management, training for field staff, and oversee safety, service operations and customer satisfaction.

Key duties include coordinating field safety, leading engineers, conducting training, and driving efficiency. The role offers growth within a global framework and a strong focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery and field management.
• Elevator/lift/Vertical Transportation industry experience is desired, but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all aspects of field safety across engineers.
• Direct field maintenance and contractual service operations, with regular 1:1s.
• Conduct field education training for engineers.
• Maintain customer quality assurance; manage labor and materials expenditure.
• Improve efficiencies; manage route schedules and callbacks.
• Authorize repair orders and track completion.
• Lead change to improve efficiency and communication.
