Job summary

Otis is recruiting a talented new equipment Field Manager to take responsibility for leadership and management of volume installation/construction projects within the Midlands, reporting to the Project Manager in the area.

In this role you will coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors, ensure projects run on time and on budget, and uphold safety, ethics and quality standards while improving profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in the elevator and building trades.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders (owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors).
• Ensure projects run on time and on budget by monitoring teams/subcontractors.
• Mitigate safety, ethics and quality risks and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Support customer satisfaction and project profitability; provide engineering support.
