Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Modernisation Project Manager to cover Bristol/South West/Wales/Oxford/Portsmouth/Southampton and surrounding areas.

You will develop delivery plans for each site, coordinate Otis teams including subcontractors, and drive upgrades to meet commitments. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience in lift or construction, experience with modernisation or large repair projects, solid IT and MS Project skills, and excellent communication to work with

Qualifications

Strong project management experience, ideally within the lift/construction industry.
Experience with Modernisation or large-scale repair projects would be highly desirable.
Good IT knowledge and familiarity with various project management systems.
Excellent communication skills, able to work with internal and external customers/stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Developing a delivery plan for each managed site and coordinating the Otis team and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
Generating contract plans in MS Project and liaising with the Project Controls Lead to upgrade programmes.
Regularly monitor and review progress against plan and mitigate delays and claims to bring the programme back on track.
Be the customer’s focal point for all correspondence and the Otis representative at mid and high-level meetings.
