Job summary

Schindler Group is seeking a Field Manager in Addlestone, England. You will lead installation teams, ensure compliance with lift industry standards, and drive efficient project execution across sites.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ/HND, proven installation engineering experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. A driving licence and SAP knowledge are preferred, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
