Job summary

Get Set UK is seeking an experienced manager to lead Employment Advisors delivering the Youth Mentor Programme across Southampton and Portsmouth. This mobile leadership role requires coordinating delivery across community locations, coaching staff, and using live data to protect outcomes while keeping participants moving toward employment.

You will travel regularly, manage performance, and ensure safeguarding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching colleagues within an outcome‑focused service.
• Evidence of delivering against measurable targets or contractual outcomes.
• Experience in employability, recruitment, youth services, careers, education or related environments.
• Ability to travel regularly across the programme's delivery areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Employment Advisors; monitor performance and caseloads.
• Coordinate delivery across Southampton and Portsmouth in community locations.
• Work with employers to reflect participant needs and ensure suitable matches.
• Maintain in‑work support; address risks to sustainment and outcomes.
• Set clear expectations and implement improvement actions when needed.
