Job summary

Infinity Group is seeking an IT Field Service Engineer to support client-site deployments in Tunbridge Wells. You will install, upgrade, and maintain on-site infrastructure and cloud solutions, ensuring secure and reliable operation.

Role combines hands-on technical delivery with customer-facing service, requiring strong collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving to drive business value. Flexible site work and remote coordination may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises environments.
• Ability to upgrade and deploy infrastructure at client sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills with clear ownership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain client on-site infrastructure and cloud components.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Assist in network, cabling, and device deployments during office moves or expansions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure security/compliance across environments.
