Job summary

Selwood Ltd in Chandler's Ford is seeking an Installation Operative to join our expanding team. You will install pipework, assist drivers, and travel to customer sites across the UK, with occasional visits to the Chandlers Ford branch.

This role is physically demanding and requires a Safety Critical Medical, CSCS card, National Water Hygiene Card, Confined space training, and a full UK driving licence. Weekend on-call work and occasional overnight stays are expected, with clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Requires full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.
• Must hold CSCS card and National Water Hygiene Card.
• Confined space training and forklift certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install pipework and assist drivers with loading/unloading and paperwork checks.
• Promote company values and deliver high-quality installation services UK-wide.
• Work on client sites including construction, wastewater and clean water.
• Maintain safety standards and report any issues to supervision.
• Be prepared for on-call weekends and occasional overnight travel.
